Summary

The health system is the totality of all institutions, organizations, material and human resources. who participate in health promotion activities. For its successful functioning, it is necessary to effectively solve problems in the following main positions: personnel; infrastructure; equipment and medicines; material and technical provision; tracking progress; financing.

As the World Health Organization points out, limited access to essential health care in many developing countries is due to the poor state of their health systems.

WHO emphasizes that in order to make a difference in the health status of the world's population, governments must create strong and effective health systems, disease prevention and treatment for all people, regardless of race, nationality, social status, gender and other aspects.
